Job Title: Practice Director

Job Summary:

Hire Ground Ltd is seeking an experienced Practice Director to support the growth and development of our private general doctors practice in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
  • Manage practice finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with our GP to develop and implement clinical strategies, improving patient outcomes and practice performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to drive practice improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager in private healthcare, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in finance, operations, and strategy development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a patient-centered approach.
