Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based nursing care.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues to address the needs of patients and their families.
  • Assisting in the management and organization of the clinical area, while also contributing to the education and development of fellow staff members.
  • Taking charge of the ward or equivalent nursing area in the absence of the senior nurse or designated responsible person.

Language Skills

Proficiency in Welsh is desirable for this position; however, applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.
