Position Overview

The successful candidate will be tasked with evaluating, formulating treatment strategies, and executing therapeutic interventions for individuals assigned to their care. The role includes overseeing junior personnel, support staff, and trainees as necessary. Participation in the enhancement and assessment of service quality is expected, alongside contributing to the daily operational management of the service.

Key Responsibilities

A vacancy has emerged within the Geriatric Care team, located at a prominent healthcare facility, for a static band 6 Rehabilitation Therapist. You will become part of a well-established therapy unit, collaborating closely with the physiotherapy department and the broader multidisciplinary team. This position offers a chance to cultivate a specialized area of expertise while assisting senior staff and contributing to the overall growth of the team.

Our Rehabilitation Therapists engage closely with physiotherapy, as well as the extended multidisciplinary team and in partnership with community organizations.

We emphasize robust support and development for our staff, promoting opportunities for ongoing education and professional growth.
