Multidisciplinary Team Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing an inpatient rehabilitation service for service users within South West London.
Main Responsibilities- Work as a key member of the multidisciplinary team in the assessment and management of a caseload of clients on the reablement unit within timeframes set.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate the treatment needs of clients with a variety of complex social and health care needs.
- Participate as an active member of the multidisciplinary team in developing and delivering high-quality and innovative services to the local population.
- Promote effective teamwork within SWL and Sutton Health and Care, delegating activities appropriately, to the benefit of the clients and service delivery.

Person Specification- Occupational Therapy diploma/degree
- Current registration with HCPC
- Evidence of post-grad training (leadership, frailty, rehab)
- Evidence of ongoing CPD in appropriate areas
- Valid UK driving licence
