About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a L'Oreal Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our L'Oreal Paris makeup products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers on the shop floor to introduce them to our L'Oreal Paris makeup products and provide expert advice on product usage and application.
  • Develop a counter-specific plan to drive sales and meet commercial targets, utilizing insights and market trends to inform your approach.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure maximum on-shelf availability and minimize stockouts.
  • Implement brand strategies and launches on counter, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with the wider store team to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends, L'Oreal Paris makeup products, and application techniques to inspire and educate customers.
  • Accurately record and report sales data and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for beauty and makeup products.
  • Previous experience in a retail or beauty environment is highly desirable.
