Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers on the shop floor, introducing them to L'Oreal Paris makeup products and providing personalized recommendations.
- Commercial Planning: Use insights to develop a counter-specific plan to deliver the commercial plan, ensuring maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
- Stock Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels to maximize on-shelf availability, ensuring that customers can find the products they need.
- Brand Implementation: Use the brand strategy on counter to implement all launches and merchandising, following brand guidelines to maintain a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with the wider store team, working together to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends, L'Oreal Paris makeup products, and tips and techniques for application, inspiring customers with your expertise.
- Reporting: Accurately record and create reports, providing valuable insights to the management team.
- Beauty Passion: A genuine passion for beauty and makeup products, with a desire to share your knowledge with customers.
- Retail Experience: Previous experience working in a retail or beauty environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- L'Oreal Paris Brand Training: Comprehensive training on L'Oreal Paris products and brand strategy.
