The Private Tax Compliance Team collaborates with a diverse range of high-net-worth clients, ensuring their tax obligations are fulfilled. We foster strong relationships with clients, engaging in discussions about their financial matters and participating in advisory projects as needed.
We continuously seek to enhance our operations, refining our processes and leveraging the latest technology to improve client interactions.

Role Responsibilities
As a Manager within our team, your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tax returns while delivering exceptional client service. Leading team productivity throughout the workflow, assigning and organizing tasks to optimize efficiency. Actively participating in departmental management, overseeing various projects and reporting to senior management. Reviewing intricate tax returns for a diverse clientele, identifying opportunities for advisory services and converting them into billable work. This position is crucial to our private tax operations, and we will provide opportunities for your professional growth to uphold our high standards. You will be a proactive and valued member of a specialized team, with opportunities to build an internal network within the tax department and broader practice.
Candidate Profile
To join us as a manager, the essential qualifications include a professional certification (ATT or CTA) and experience in private client compliance. While the following skills are desirable, we are committed to supporting your development:
