About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Private Client Tax Manager to join their team. As a key member of the private client tax advisory team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to a diverse range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide complex and challenging tax advisory services to clients, including IHT planning, non-domiciliaries, trust advisory, succession planning, and other forms of general tax planning.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to help manage the tax team and drive business development commitments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Strong private client tax background with experience supporting a mixed portfolio of clients.
  • Trust and IHT planning experience is highly desirable.
  • Suitably qualified (ACA/ACC/CTA/ATT) and able to demonstrate good business development and management skills.
