Job Opportunity

Your new role as a Private Client Tax Manager / Senior Manager will be to help maintain and further capitalise on the continued growth of our existing department in the tax advice field. This team deals with claims pertaining to a broad range of projects for high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and private business owners, including inheritance tax planning and use of inheritance tax efficient structures, complex capital gains tax transactions, the use of trusts, and the UK tax implications for non-UK residents/domiciles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and delivering a variety of types of tax advisory assignments
  • Managing projects utilising and managing other firm staff on behalf of clients, managing these projects from a process and client relationship perspective

Requirements

  • CTA and/or ACA qualified
  • Proven track record in the field (minimum 4-5 years), having worked in a similar capacity in an accountancy practice or in an industry company
  • Highly developed understanding of tax advice, with experience dealing with a variety of different clients
  • Accurate and articulate when dealing with clients and managing their expectations of timelines and projected rebate returns
