About the Role:

Lusona LLP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Private Client Tax team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and private equity clients on complex tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on complex tax issues for private wealth clients, including domestic high-net-worth individuals, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and international tax.
  • Lead client engagements and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated tax solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Stay current with tax developments and ensure that our team is equipped with the latest knowledge and expertise.
  • Assist with the management and development of junior members of the team to ensure their growth and success.

Requirements:

  • CA/ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
  • Extensive UK tax knowledge, with experience in private client tax.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £80,000 (dependent on experience) + cash/benefit allowance + bonus.
