Hays Senior Finance is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their established audit team in Manchester. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of not-for-profit clients, with opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of not-for-profit clients, with opportunities for expansion.
- Lead the planning and decision-making of engagements within your portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value with other services areas.
- Improve audit efficiencies and internal processes, reviewing team work and providing constructive feedback.
- Coach and train team members, ensuring their development and growth.
- Work closely with Audit Partners, receiving continuous support and being part of the team's succession plans.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Desire to specialise in a not-for-profit portfolio.
- Leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Commitment to providing professional excellence and building strong client relationships.
