Office Operations Assistant

Job Summary:
VGC Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, maintaining databases, and performing other administrative tasks.
- Document Control: Assist with document control, including preparing and maintaining documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
- IT Support: Provide IT support, including troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining office software and systems.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong Administrative Skills: Possess strong administrative skills, including coordination, organization, and time management.
- Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- IT Skills: Possess strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and other office software.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, including collaboration, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Problem-Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills, including analytical and critical thinking.
