Temporary Office Coordinator - Healthcare Industry Per Hour
Start Date: Immediate
Location: HD3 - Huddersfield- Free on-site parking
Hours: 9:00am- 5:00pm Monday to Friday- The client is flexible on start and finish times
Duration: Ongoing - Potential of a permanent position
Pay: per hour - Depending on experience
Office Angels are working with a leading service provider based in Huddersfield (HD3). Due to expansion in the business, they are looking for an experience Care Coordinator to come and support their friendly team You will require a full Driving license for this position.
Please note you do not need care experience BUT experience working in a fast-paced coordinator position is essential
Your main role will be supporting and preparing all documentation for field staff as well as assisting with care plans and risk assessments. If you have a care background and consider yourself to be professional, friendly, and trustworthy, then this is the role for you
What will you be doing?
- Answer all incoming telephone enquiries
- Prepare appropriate documentation for Field Staff
- Allocation of Care & Support Workers to client visits
- Carry out risk assessments and assisting with care plans
- Ensure records are always kept up to date.
- Ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
- Production of reports and management information as required

- Previous experience in an Office Coordinator role- Health and Social care experience is a bonus
- Has fantastic customer service and communication skills
- Can work well in a pressured environment
- Drive to go the extra mile to provide the excellence in all you do
- IT Literate- Outlook, Word, Excel
