Job Description

**Regional Account Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the South of the UK, with a focus on the luxury watch sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize store performance across our brand's network of independent retailers and national businesses.
  • Optimize sales performance of existing retail network and develop distribution with new accounts in both physical and digital retail channels.
  • Work with business partners to develop and deliver business plans to achieve agreed business objectives.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand image and create strong relationships with independent business owners, managers, and sales teams to encourage and support brand sales growth.
  • Create business plans for each customer to deliver agreed sales and brand goals.
  • Plan and prioritize systematic support with retail partners through regular physical and virtual review meetings to ensure progress towards agreed objectives.
  • Optimize online presence of the brand with customers' websites and ensure these are kept up to date and regularly refreshed.
  • Plan, agree, and implement marketing activities within agreed budgets to support and optimize sales and relationship performance.
  • Agree and manage product range with each customer to ensure brand has strongest possible representation and ensure stock is managed efficiently to maintain this presence.
  • Ensure new product launches are appropriately supported.
  • Identify training needs of each retailer store and ensure these plans are implemented to ensure high level of product knowledge across store teams.
  • Design and implement appropriate sales events, promotions, and incentives within agreed budgets in support of product launches, business, and relationship objectives.
  • Regularly report on sell-out performance and monitor and report on market and competitor activity.
  • Support growth of brand's presence through new and existing accounts.

Salary: c£35,000 - £45,000 + Commission + Car or Car Allowance
