Lead Pharmacy Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Pharmacy Technician to join our team at a leading private hospital in Wimbledon. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and assistants, shaping the progression of junior staff, and ensuring the smooth running of the department and dispensary.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of pharmacy technicians and assistants
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve hospital-wide goals
  • Provide training and development opportunities for junior staff
About the Hospital

Our hospital is a 75-bed facility providing internationally renowned care in Wimbledon. We offer cutting-edge facilities, including four operating theatres, an Enhanced Care Unit, and Endoscopy Suite. Our Outpatient and diagnostic departments provide a range of services to patients.
