Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Manage projects across the full project lifecycle, overseeing junior team members and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Solution Design: Design solutions that meet client requirements, leveraging your techno-functional expertise.
- Configuration and Build: Configure and build Salesforce solutions, including hands-on development of Lightning Web Components, Aura, and integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders, produce status reports, manage risk and issues, and oversee project budgets.
- Proven leadership experience in a consulting environment.
- Strong techno-functional skills, with expertise in Salesforce configuration and development.
- Excellent client-facing communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.
- Flexibility to travel to our London office (and occasionally Surrey) and ability to work remotely.
- An initial 6-month PAYE contract with a competitive daily rate.
- The opportunity to work on exciting Salesforce projects and deployments.
