About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Claimont Health LTD. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients with complex health needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and mobility
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience
  • NVQ Level 3 related subjects or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 4 related subjects or equivalent
  • Nursery nurse qualifications or similar
  • Diploma in relevant health/social subject
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
