About the Role

H9 HR & Professional Services is seeking a Culture and Inclusion Development Advisor to help shape and implement our organization's equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) strategies.

This fully on-site role will involve developing EDI initiatives, delivering culturally focused learning programs, and supporting the activities of the Positive Action Attraction Team to ensure our organization reflects the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EDI strategies to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance cultural awareness and understanding
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and improve inclusion efforts across the workforce
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders to promote EDI initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading EDI initiatives and delivering training in large organizations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff at all levels
  • Analytical skills to assess learning outcomes and improve strategies
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
