A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EVENT SERVICES ATTENDANT

Your responsibilities will include...

As a key member of our team, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, whether they are attending a corporate meeting, festive celebration, or a wedding.

The Event Services Attendant position encompasses a variety of tasks, including:

  • Setting up conference and event spaces to a high standard according to guest specifications, which involves significant manual handling, including moving tables, chairs, and heavy equipment.
  • Providing support during events to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
  • Cleaning and resetting meeting rooms after events conclude.
  • Assisting with banquet setups and transitions.
  • Storing and maintaining conference equipment.
  • Ensuring all meeting spaces are consistently maintained and ready for use.
  • Responding promptly to the evolving needs of guests.
  • Supporting the broader Food & Beverage Team with additional tasks, including Room Service and Bar assistance as needed.
