A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONFERENCE SERVICE ATTENDANT
Your responsibilities include...
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, we are in search of an individual who is eager to engage in hands-on work and take initiative in creating an inviting atmosphere, ensuring our guests enjoy a remarkable experience, whether they are attending a corporate meeting, festive celebration, or a wedding.
The Conference Service Attendant role encompasses a variety of tasks, including:
- Preparing conference and event spaces to a high standard according to guest specifications prior to their arrival, which requires significant manual handling, including moving tables, chairs, and heavy equipment.
- Providing service during events and ensuring everything runs seamlessly on the day.
- Cleaning and resetting meeting rooms after guests have left.
- Assisting with banquet setups and transitions.
- Storing and maintaining conference equipment.
- Ensuring all meeting rooms are consistently maintained and ready for use, even when not occupied.
- Responding promptly to the evolving needs of guests.
- Supporting the broader Food & Beverage Team with additional tasks, including Room Service and Bar assistance as needed.
