A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EVENT SERVICES ATTENDANT

Your responsibilities will include...

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, we seek an individual eager to take initiative in creating an exceptional atmosphere for our guests, whether they are attending a corporate meeting, festive celebration, or a wedding.

The Event Services Attendant role encompasses a variety of tasks, including:

  • Preparing conference and event spaces to meet high standards and specific guest requirements prior to their arrival, which involves significant manual handling, including moving tables, chairs, and heavy equipment.
  • Providing support during events to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
  • Cleaning and resetting meeting rooms after events conclude.
  • Assisting with banquet setups and transitions.
  • Storing and maintaining event equipment.
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are kept in excellent condition daily, even when not in use.
  • Responding promptly to guests' changing needs.
  • Supporting the broader Food & Beverage Team with additional duties, including Room Service and Bar assistance as needed.
