Key Responsibilities
  • Managing daily operational activities
  • Fostering a positive atmosphere for team members
  • Maintaining effective communication with senior management and the broader hospitality team
  • Ensuring strong relationships with staff and external partners while promoting inter-departmental collaboration
  • Adapting to changes and requests on event days
  • Overseeing the daily management of food and beverage services while upholding high standards
  • Ensuring all event spaces are consistently refreshed and maintained to a superior standard
  • Cultivating excellent customer relations
  • Maintaining exceptional cleanliness across all conference and banqueting areas
  • Working in both front and back of house roles, including setting up rooms, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in leading teams within a catering context
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a large team
  • Background in customer service, particularly in managing customer relationships
  • Excellent planning and time management abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
