Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Event Coordinator to join our team. As a Senior Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our events, including project management, budgeting, and logistics. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences and ensure that their events are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure events are executed on schedule and within budget.
  • Budgeting: Oversee event budgets and ensure that expenses are managed effectively.
  • Logistics: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all event requirements are met.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and ensure that their events are executed to their satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our events team to ensure that all events are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, with a focus on project management and logistics.
  • Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: A degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications, such as CMP or CMM, are a plus.
