  • Provide regular reports on attendance statistics to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement attendance improvement strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Offer support and guidance to students and families, promoting the importance of regular attendance.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to attendance tracking and reporting.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Experience in an administrative, educational, or pastoral support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in dealing with parents and guardians.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies is desirable.
  • Proficient in using school management software (SIMS or equivalent).
