Job Description

**Job Title:** Director of Quality and Safety

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality and Safety to lead our quality management systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all company activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the quality and safety team to ensure that quality and safety objectives are met.
  • Communication: Communicate quality and safety policies and procedures to all employees and stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the company and its employees.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders on quality and safety performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, safety, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and safety.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with quality management systems.
