Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Oversee all civil and structural engineering processes, ensuring alignment with budgetary and planning requirements.
  • Contribute to the Civil and Structural (C&S) design for multi-discipline engineering projects, whether in EPCM or EPC frameworks.
  • Deliver high-quality Civil and Structural Engineering and Design as outlined in the Project Scope, while supporting the Lead Engineer in achieving project objectives.
  • Manage either a single project or a portfolio of projects, depending on their scale and complexity.
  • Facilitate collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including EC&I, Mechanical, Piping, Process, and Automation.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering, particularly within single and multi-discipline projects in an Engineering / EPCM / EPC environment.
  • Strong expertise in Civil and Structural engineering and design, complemented by a solid understanding of related disciplines such as Automation, Mechanical, Piping, EC&I, and Process.
  • A relevant degree (MEng / BEng / HNC / HND) in Civil and Structural Engineering.
  • Proficiency in key C&S design software, including AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, Staad Pro, Tedds, and Microsoft Office Suite.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A commitment to delivering top-quality engineering and design that meets the satisfaction of both the Lead Engineer and the client.
  • An understanding of the interdependencies between engineering activities across various disciplines.
  • Experience with both offshore and onshore facilities, particularly in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, and Food.
  • Flexibility in working hours, with options for remote and part-time arrangements.
