Senior & Principal Civil Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to join our Civil, Structural and Architectural (CS&A) team at Morson Talent, a leading supplier to the nuclear industry and a growing global force.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements and can be based out of 5 different locations:

Bristol - Senior & Principal
Warrington - Senior & Principal
Leicester - Principal only

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert Civil and Structural Engineering advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and manage CS&A projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Civil and Structural Engineering solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in Civil and Structural Engineering services.

Requirements:

• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent qualification in Civil and Structural Engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering CS&A projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
