Senior & Principal Civil Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to join our team at Morson Talent, a leading supplier to the nuclear industry. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our global business.

The successful candidate will have hybrid working arrangements and can be based out of one of our five locations: Bristol, Warrington, Leicester, and others. As a Senior & Principal engineer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Civil and Structural Engineer.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
