Job Title: Senior Civil/Structural Inspection Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil/Structural Inspection Engineer to join our team at Risktec Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our industrial inspection team, you will be responsible for providing expert inspection services to clients in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-service inspections of Civil and Structural assets to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement inspection plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and review Written Schemes of Examination (WSE) and Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for plant inspections.
  • Examine Civil and Structural assets in accordance with WSE and TUV procedures, and prepare clear written reports supported by photographs.
  • Assess deterioration and identify any mandatory actions or recommendations for clients.
Requirements:
  • HNC/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Incorporated Engineer status (desirable but not essential).
  • Civil and Structural Engineering background with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately follow procedures and make difficult decisions.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the capability to work independently.
