Job Title: Principal Civil and Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Civil and Structural Engineer to join our dynamic design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of complex civil and structural engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of civil and structural engineering projects, including traditional, bespoke, and innovative designs of reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry structures.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to the design team, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Manage project delivery, including coordination with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design codes, standards, and technologies to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the design of structures in reinforced concrete and steelwork.
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer with membership of ICE or IstructE, or working towards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze and design complex civil and structural engineering projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
