About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Civil-Structural Engineer to join our Nuclear Structures team in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will work on live projects, collaborating with experienced engineers to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare structural element designs in various materials, including steel and concrete
  • Undertake analysis of structures to ensure stability and safety
  • Develop an understanding of highly regulated industries, including nuclear safety and risk management
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements
  • BEng Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering degree (MSc/MEng preferred)
  • 2:1 (or equivalent) degree classification or above
  • Ability to demonstrate a good technical understanding of Structural Engineering
  • Demonstrable interest in Structural/Nuclear Engineering and developing a career in this industry
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Work experience in the nuclear energy or related field
  • Familiarity with CAD and ArcGIS
  • Driving license (some travel to site may be required)
