Job Description

Urgo Medical UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Policy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing national market access strategies across the relevant region to increase market access by identifying, winning, and optimising formulary listings within wound care.

This role will require you to work closely with our matrix team to drive sales and account growth when working in partnership with the NHS. You will be primarily field-based and will need to travel as per customer and/or business needs across the whole territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver national market access strategies at a regional level to drive formulary inclusion and generate/open market access.
  • Establish and implement pathways of care and market tools to support Urgo Medical's advanced wound care and compression range.
  • Analyse and interpret data to present meaningful insights.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the NHS, including key policy drivers and organisational structure, particularly within the Integrated Care System (ICS).

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the region.
