**Job Summary**

Chancellors is seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our professional accounts team. As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with month-end tasks, including reconciliations and account reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
