Job Title:

Foundation Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd are seeking a highly skilled Foundation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Churchill Foundation.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies through various events, building relationships with internal stakeholders, and managing the day-to-day running of the Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies through various events
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including Trustees, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the Foundation
  • Work with Business Partners to improve the Business Partner scheme and Event database
  • Provide creative ideas for fundraising and events that are financially viable and will achieve targeted fundraising
  • Ensure that all foundation communications are handled to agreed standards

Requirements:

  • Event management skills with budgeting for the financial year and detailed event budgets
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Full driving license
