As a leading service partner, Portico is responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house services at prestigious corporate offices. With our regional service expanding, we are excited to announce new openings within our welcoming team.
The role of Regional Client Services Coordinator involves managing client relations across a select group of regional offices. You will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality service experience in these locations. Regular travel to sites is a requirement, and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Your primary focus will be to address the daily needs of our clients, creating a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere. You will collaborate closely with the Workplace Services Team, who oversee various aspects of facilities management.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Compensation: £29,350 annually

Candidates should possess prior experience in customer service or facilities management. Regular site visits (1-2 times per week) necessitate strong time management skills and a proactive, positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing tasks effectively.
Travel expenses will be covered for this position.
