Role:

As a Food and Beverage Assistant at Seaham Hall, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of service in our 5-star dining room.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive service to guests during meals, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to our high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Upsell menu items, such as desserts, starters, and drinks, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Attend work consistently well-groomed and in uniform, representing the Seaham Hall brand with pride.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to gain a deep understanding of our menu and be able to offer expert guidance and recommendations to guests.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the delivery of a 5-star service experience.
  • Knowledge of Simphony/Oracle software is advantageous, but not required.
  • Ability to effectively interact with management, team members, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Be a team player, with a willingness to work collaboratively to achieve our goals.
