Join Our Team as a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Manager

The Arora Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Mobile Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance teams. This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities, assets, and grounds uphold the highest standards while adhering to all relevant regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a broad skill set across various trades and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Proficiency with systems such as Air Handling Units, Air Conditioning, Generators, Boilers, Plumbing, Electrical, UPS, and Fire Alarm systems is essential.

  • Perform hands-on maintenance to ensure all building services, systems, and fixtures are in peak condition
  • Develop and oversee planned preventative maintenance schedules and inspections
  • Conduct quality assessments on maintenance tasks and ensure prompt resolution of any issues
  • Manage risks associated with Legionella and implement control measures
  • Utilize Computer Aided Facilities Management Systems for streamlined operations
  • Align maintenance activities with the operational needs of the facilities, ensuring timely completion
  • Address reactive maintenance requests in accordance with service level agreements
  • Maintain an inventory of essential spare parts to reduce downtime

Essential Skills:

  • Recognized qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and controls
  • Experience in various building maintenance trades
