Role Overview:

The Supplier Onboarding Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and propriety of the National Lottery operations. This position is vital for conducting comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) evaluations on prospective suppliers, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and facilitating a seamless onboarding journey.

As the Licensee of the Fourth National Lottery Licence, Allwyn is tasked with maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Supplier Onboarding Analyst will contribute significantly to this mission by performing due diligence and ensuring that all suppliers meet the necessary criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential suppliers, verifying their identity, legal status, ownership structure, and financial health.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the supplier onboarding process.
  • Support the Social Value team in fostering a collaborative and positive organizational culture.
  • Promote sustainable and responsible procurement practices aligned with Allwyn's Social Value framework.
  • Review and validate documentation provided by suppliers, including business licenses and financial statements.
  • Assess risks associated with new suppliers based on KYC evaluations and collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier information and compliance activities within the designated system.
  • Work closely with procurement, legal, finance, and cybersecurity teams to ensure a coordinated onboarding process.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on supplier onboarding procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in supplier onboarding.
  • Generate reports on supplier onboarding activities and compliance status for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in supplier onboarding, compliance, or a related field.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in supplier due diligence.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for documentation and data management.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing time efficiently.
