Business Account Manager
(Portsmouth, UK) Hybrid/Office based
Salary – £30,000- £40,000 with an OTE of £65,000.

Our innovative software empowers us to identify the businesses that have engaged with our clients' websites, facilitating the conversion of these passive visitors into valuable leads. As we expand, we are seeking enthusiastic and client-oriented Customer Success Managers to play a pivotal role in enhancing client retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and nurturing robust client relationships with a designated portfolio.
  • Conducting virtual meetings with various stakeholders to assess the progress of their objectives.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and delivering support to resolve challenges, collaborating with internal teams (Support/Product) as necessary.
  • Contributing to revenue enhancement through upselling and contract renewals.
  • Negotiating contract extensions and expansion opportunities.
  • Recognizing additional use cases to maximize value and regularly collaborating to devise strategies.
  • Aiming to achieve weekly KPIs and monthly targets, both independently and collaboratively.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Confident demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience engaging with senior-level executives.
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Assertive and determined.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

This position necessitates travel to the Portsmouth office three days a week. If you possess the qualifications outlined above, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. Full-Time position, Monday - Friday.
