In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch tax compliance and advisory services to the firm's corporate clientele. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert tax planning and advisory services to clients, pinpointing opportunities for tax savings and risk reduction.
  • Oversee a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring the provision of precise and timely tax compliance services.
  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns, computations, and accompanying documentation.
  • Conduct tax research and remain informed about changes in tax legislation, ensuring adherence to current regulations.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of tax strategies to enhance clients' tax positions.
  • Engage with HMRC and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting their professional development and growth.


Requirements
  • ATT, ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified or equivalent. Candidates currently pursuing their ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA will also be considered, provided they possess the requisite experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate tax within a professional services environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to convey complex tax matters to clients clearly and succinctly.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive and client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
