In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch tax compliance and advisory services to the firm's corporate clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert tax planning and advisory services, pinpointing opportunities for tax savings and risk management.
  • Oversee a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring the provision of precise and timely tax compliance services.
  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns, calculations, and relevant documentation.
  • Conduct thorough tax research and remain informed about changes in tax legislation, ensuring adherence to current regulations.
  • Assist in formulating and executing tax strategies to enhance clients' tax positions.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • ATT, ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified, or equivalent. Candidates currently pursuing ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA will also be considered, provided they possess the requisite experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate tax within a professional services environment.
  • Strong technical acumen in UK corporate tax legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to articulate complex tax issues to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, client-oriented approach with a dedication to delivering high-quality service.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of approximately £35,000 - £50,000, contingent on experience or qualification status.
