About the Role

RNRMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Fundraising team as a Senior Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser. This role will support the Major Giving and Events Manager in developing and delivering the charity's corporate partnerships programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account manage our portfolio of Bridge Partners and develop a pipeline of new business to build meaningful relationships with corporate partners.
  • Identify, cultivate, and engage with prospects through bespoke proposals, events, and other appropriate fundraising activities to generate income and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior-level stakeholders to build relationships and secure partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Major Giving and Events Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the corporate partnerships programme.

RNRMC is the Navy's principal charity, dedicated to supporting every sailor, marine, and their families, for life. We offer grants to and work with other organisations to deliver programmes that meet the needs of our beneficiaries.

Requirements

  • Natural communicator with the ability to persuade, influence, and inspire.
  • Confidence, gravitas, and sensitivity to build relationships at a senior level.
  • Experience of creating and delivering presentations.
  • Experience of identifying, developing, securing, and maintaining corporate or commercial partnerships in a similar fundraising or sales role.

Working Arrangements

Hours of work are 35 hours per week, 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. We have a friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment with a hybrid working approach of 60% in office and 40% home-working.
