We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser to join our team at RNRMC. As a key member of our Fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our corporate partnerships programme, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and building meaningful relationships with corporate partners.

About the Charity

RNRMC is the Navy's principal charity, dedicated to supporting sailors, marines, and their families for life. We work tirelessly to engage with supporters, raise awareness, and funds to deliver programmes that meet the needs of our beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the corporate partnerships programme, including account managing our portfolio of Bridge Partners and developing a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Identify, cultivate, and engage with prospects through bespoke proposals, events, and other appropriate fundraising activities to generate income and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners at a senior level, leveraging your natural communication skills, persuasion, and influence to secure meaningful partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Major Giving and Events Manager to develop and deliver fundraising strategies and activities that meet the charity's objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in identifying, developing, securing, and maintaining corporate or commercial partnerships in a similar fundraising or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, and inspire at a senior level.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective fundraising strategies.
  • Experience of creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and other fundraising materials that engage and persuade stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £33,000 to £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including free on-site parking, 30 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and access to the HMS Excellent Fitness Centre.
  • A hybrid working approach, with 60% of your time spent in the office and 40% working from home.
