Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Page Personnel Public Sector & Not for profit. As a key member of our Finance Operations function, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments due.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and supervise the daily activities of the AR team, setting and monitoring targets and workloads.
  • Ensure staff is trained and works with leads to develop written training materials and procedures.
  • Improve and enhance cash application, collections, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes to achieve cost savings opportunities.
  • Develop and recommend process improvements in the AR function, focusing on centralisation, standardisation, and automation.
  • Assist with external/internal audit requests by compiling and validating information.
  • Prepare and review daily and monthly production reports, as well as ad-hoc management reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience of Credit Control and Accounts Receivable Ledger management.
  • Broad experience and knowledge of accounts receivable systems.
  • Operational experience in supervising team workloads and performance.
  • Experience of generating reports to help with key collection targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Substantial knowledge of Oracle Fusion or similar accounting systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • An understanding of Order to Cash end-to-end processes and applicable financial controls.
