Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced management consultant to fill the role of Consulting Director. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial part in shaping the business and driving growth. This hybrid role will involve working across sales and business development, delivery, and leading client consulting engagements, as well as operational management and proposition development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of assignments and client projects across strategy development and transformation delivery, managing consulting staff and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and grow existing clients as well as new business through sales and business development efforts.
  • Develop the consulting capability and propositions, thought leadership, and people.
  • Support the business across all aspects of business leadership and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a management consultant at Senior Manager or Director level with an established consulting firm.
  • Broad experience with established capability at CxO level, across strategy, business case development, Target Operating Model, business growth, and transformation.
  • Some expertise in one or more of procurement, sourcing, shared services, customer growth, or commercial assessments.
  • Experience cross-industry and ideally including experience in one or more of life sciences (pharmaceutical/biotech or related), manufacturing, or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience in sales and growing client accounts as well as delivery and broader practice development.

Location and Mobility

The successful candidate must be based in commuting distance of London and willing to work in the London office 2-3 days per week and at client site as required.

Salary and Package

£110,000 – c£140,000 base plus bonus plus benefits.
