Key Responsibilities

Medpace, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global Proposals and Feasibility team as a Director, Feasibility. This strategic role will involve evaluating and supporting new clinical trial opportunities by collaborating with our Medical Experts, Clinical Trial Managers, and Regulatory Submissions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and expertise in clinical trial management, with a proven track record of success in project management and feasibility processes.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's or Ph.D. preferred;
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, clinical trial management, or feasibility in clinical research, with CRO experience a plus;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
  • Thorough knowledge of feasibility processes and operational aspects of clinical trials;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team;
  • Advanced understanding of clinical trial management and feasibility processes.
