Job Title: Director of Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Planning and Analysis to lead our Management Information Services and provide robust, efficient, accurate, and timely data collection, information, and data analysis and reporting services.

The successful candidate will be a key member of our Group Leadership Team and take a prominent role in planning and analysis to support the delivery of strategic objectives and identify opportunities for improvements in effectiveness, efficiency, consistency, and quality.

Responsibilities will include managing sub-contracted curriculum delivery partnerships and contracts, completing and submitting information and data returns to our funding bodies, and providing a customer-centric MIS service.

We are looking for a candidate with a level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience) and ideally a qualification in management, with recent and relevant evidence of CPD. The ideal candidate will have successful management experience of large College information systems and data reporting, with line management of MIS and system development managers.

The successful candidate will have highly developed communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills and be comfortable communicating at multiple levels within and outside of the College, including communicating technical information to non-technical specialists.
