Our dedicated team of workshop and field engineers delivers maintenance and repair services for aircraft tooling and equipment throughout the UK and Europe.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team as a Client Support Coordinator. This pivotal role entails assisting both internal and external clients with all facets of equipment repair.
You will work closely with field engineering teams and suppliers to ensure prompt service delivery and meet client expectations.
A strong emphasis on process adherence and meticulous attention to detail is crucial for success in this position.Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule assessments across various client locations for Field Engineers.
2. Provide quotes to clients and manage purchase order processing.
3. Oversee all repair operations through our internal system.
4. Assign tasks to engineering teams and arrange for subcontractor services.
5. Coordinate resources to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are fulfilled.
6. Keep clients and suppliers informed with regular updates.
7. Ensure timely completion of all tasks.
8. Monitor monthly performance to ensure targets are achieved.
9. Update our asset management and client online tracking systems.
10. Perform general administrative duties to support the organization.

8. Must possess the right to work in the UK.
9. Full clean driving license.
10. Willingness to travel between sites as required.
