About the Role

Caremark Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and managing a team of Care and Support Workers in the field, providing guidance and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of Care and Support Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of care packages to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Work closely with the Care Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide quality control of care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the care sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Registered with Social Care Wales and in possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Experience of person-centred care and support provision, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and company standards.
