About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at M&D Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading our staff team and providing person-centered care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the staff team in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.
  • Advocate for the needs and rights of our service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • QCF level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in care, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of equal opportunities and how they impact employees and service users.
